This study aims to determine the effect of Tax Awareness on Individual Taxpayer Satisfaction on Employees of PT. Cakrabuana Tetap Jaya, knowing the effect of Tax Understanding on Satisfaction of Individual Taxpayers on Employees of PT. Cakrabuana Tetap Jaya, knowing the effect of Tax Awareness and Tax Understanding on Individual Taxpayer Satisfaction in Employees of PT. Cakrabuana Tetap Jaya Remains Great. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample where the entire research population will be used as a research sample. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study show that tax awareness has a significant effect on individual taxpayer satisfaction at PT. Cakrabuana Tetap Jaya based on partial hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that Tax Awareness and Tax Understanding have a significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Satisfaction on Employees of PT. Cakrabuana Tetap Jaya based on the simultaneous hypothesis results. The results of this study are supported by the value of R Square, which means that Tax Awareness and Tax Understanding simultaneously have an influence of Individual Taxpayer Satisfaction at PT. Cakrabuana Remains Great. Meanwhile, the remaining is influenced by other factors that come from outside this research model such as tax sanctions, tax knowledge, tax awareness and others.
