Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of Keja Capital Management on Profitability in Plantation Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 Period.  This type of research is a hypothesis testing or explanatory research.  The population in this study were 16 companies in the sub-plantation manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period.  The study sample selection was based on the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 16 companies.  The data used in this research is secondary data, namely quantitative data obtained from the Indonesian stock exchange website (www idx.co id) and data collection is done by downloading the financial reports of manufacturing companies in the sub-plantation sector.  The results of this study prove that (1) working capital in terms of cash turnover has a significant positive effect on the profitability of sub-plantation manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period, (2) Working capital in terms of inventory turnover has a significant positive effect on the profitability of sub manufacturing companies.  Plantations listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period, (3) Working capital in terms of receivables turnover has a significant positive effect on the profitability of the plantation sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on BEi in the 2014-20186 period, and (4) Simultaneous working capital consisting of and  cash turnover, supply turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a significant positive effect on the profitability of sub-plantation manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period.
