The findings indicate that AI can effectively support office managerial activities. This research focuses on analyzing how digital literacy plays a role in improving the performance of village officials in Padasuka Village. The main objective is to identify how the development of digital literacy of village officials and the things that influence it, and analyze its impact on the performance of village officials in providing services to the community. This research applies descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature review, with data analysis methods through reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The unit of analysis of this research is the staff of the Padasuka Village office. The findings of this study reveal that digital literacy has been running well and has a positive impact on the performance of village officials in Padasuka Village, especially in improving village services, speeding up work, reducing and monitoring error rates, as well as making it easier to share information online. Although there are access limitations, as well as a lack of skills in the use of digital technology, there are also external factors from the community that lack awareness of the importance of digital literacy. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, improving the quality of HR is a crucial factor in supporting the success of the company. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of employees and management of CV HDJ Group. The results of the study indicate that the training and skill development program implemented by the company plays a significant role in improving employee competence. The program includes technical training, soft skill development, and coaching in the form of mentoring and coaching. Employees who participate in this program show increased performance, productivity, and ability to complete their tasks and responsibilities better. However, this study also found several challenges, such as limited training time and lack of post-training evaluation. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and quality of oil palm fruit on the interest and decision to buy and sell oil palm fruit to traders at CV Padang Matinggi Village, Simundol, Simpang Aek Kanan. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 farmers and palm oil traders. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the price and quality of oil palm fruits have a significant influence on transaction decisions with an R² of 0.939 which indicates that this regression model is able to explain 93.9% of the variation in transaction decisions. Among the two variables, palm fruit quality has a greater influence than selling interest with a regression coefficient of 6.065 for quality, while selling interest has an effect of 3.783 units. Although the effect of selling interest is smaller, both significantly influence the sale and purchase of oil palm fruits. This study shows that good fruit quality gives farmers a stronger bargaining position in the market and stable prices can increase the frequency of transactions. A quantitative correlational approach was used, collecting data through structured questionnaires with a Likert scale, distributed to 30 employees. The aim was to assess employee perceptions of leadership behavior and its effects on performance.</p> <p>The findings reveal a strong and positive correlation between leadership attitudes and employee performance. Changes in leadership attitudes are consistently reflected in similar shifts in employee performance, either up or down. Leaders who demonstrate clear, supportive, and motivating behaviors tend to boost employee engagement and overall performance. These leadership traits help create a conducive work environment, thereby contributing to higher employee performance and the organization’s success.</p> <p>This study underscores the importance of leadership attitudes as a fundamental factor in enhancing employee performance. By focusing on leadership development that encourages clarity and motivation, organizations can improve employee efficiency and job outcomes.</p> <p>Based on these results, it is recommended that organizations implement leadership development programs to enhance the leadership qualities that drive positive employee performance. However, limited access to capital often hinders their growth and sustainability. This study aims to identify an optimal capital model for ensuring cooperative sustainability. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach to identify, review, and evaluate studies related to cooperative capital. Data were collected from indexed scientific articles published in the last five years. The findings indicate that various capital sources—such as internal capital, working capital, equity capital, loans from financial institutions, and external partnerships—are crucial for cooperative sustainability. Furthermore, effective capital management and supportive policies can enhance efficiency and long-term viability. This study concludes that cooperatives must adopt innovative and flexible capital strategies to sustain their operations. This study aims to investigate the correlation between financial ratios and corporate performance, focusing on coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2020 to 2023. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes regression analysis to assess how liquidity and profitability ratios influence financial performance. The findings reveal that the liquidity ratio has a statistically significant impact on financial performance, evidenced by a p-value of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 threshold. Conversely, the profitability ratio does not exhibit a significant influence, as indicated by a p-value of 0.440, which exceeds the 0.05 benchmark. These findings suggest that investors should assess a company's financial health before making business decisions. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan menganalisis data berbasis angka secara sistematis. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif, yaitu informasi yang disajikan dalam bentuk numerik dan dapat dihitung. Sumber data terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai referensi, laporan, serta literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh konsumen Wendy’s Medan yang pernah melakukan pembelian, namun jumlah pastinya tidak diketahui dengan jelas. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah populasi tidak dapat ditentukan secara pasti sehingga peneliti menggunakan rumus Lemeshow untuk menghitung ukuran sampel. Rumus tersebut sesuai digunakan pada kondisi populasi yang tidak diketahui jumlah pastinya. Teknik sampling yang diterapkan adalah accidental sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, di mana responden yang ditemui dan sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian dipilih menjadi sampel. Berdasarkan perhitungan, jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan adalah 96 responden. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel. This research is quantitative research. The demographic in this study are consumers who have purchased Ginastel Tea at least twice directly at the Jebres District Outlet. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. The data was gathered via a questionnaire that was handed out just in front of the Jebres District Outlet, and the sample methodology employed was the purposive sampling technique. The following tests are utilised in data analysis: determinant (R2), t-test, multiple linear regression, descriptive analysis, validity, and reliability. This study used SPSS 26 for Windows to process the data. Consumer Satisfaction (Y) is positively and significantly affected by Price (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Service Quality (Z), according to the t test results. Product quality is 4.812, service quality is 3.229, and the pricing ttable value is 4.967. Using a descriptive quantitative method, data were collected from 72 students through purposive sampling. Analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicated that creativity and entrepreneurial spirit had a significant partial effect on entrepreneurial desire, whereas big ambition to success showed no significant individual effect. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan survei yang dilakukan kepada konsumen Jiniso yang berbelanja di TikTok Shop. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh konsumen Jiniso yang melakukan pembelian melalui TikTok Shop. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling dengan melibatkan 35 responden. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-t, dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Jiniso di TikTok Shop, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sementara itu, influencer marketing memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Jiniso di TikTok Shop, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,813 yang lebih besar dari 0,05. Known for valuing flexibility, mental health, and personal fulfillment, Generation Z tends to be highly responsive to organizational factors that impact their work outcomes. Using a quantitative method, data were gathered through online questionnaires and analyzed with the Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that both work-life balance and job satisfaction have been proven to make a significant and strong contribution to shaping employee performance, while work fatigue exerts a significant negative influence. Despite its natural attractions, the village faces challenges in retaining tourist interest and repeat visits. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved 150 respondents who had previously visited Seribu Ngalau Village. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results revealed that destination image positively and significantly affects both tourist satisfaction and tourist experience. Furthermore, tourist satisfaction and tourist experience have a direct and significant impact on revisit intention. These findings emphasize the importance of developing a positive destination image, enhancing tourist experiences, and fulfilling visitor expectations to build loyalty and encourage return visits. This study aims to explore the influence of agency costs on the efficiency of cooperative financial management, as well as to identify effective strategies for managing agency costs. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach, analyzing 25 selected articles from Google Scholar published in the period 2015-2024. The results of the study show that high agency costs can reduce the efficiency of cooperative financial management, especially due to the lack of transparency and member participation. Some effective strategies that can be implemented include increasing transparency, using technology, restructuring cost efficiency, and education and training for cooperative managers and members. This research provides an important contribution to the development of cooperatives in Indonesia, especially in facing challenges in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. However, this study has limitations because it is literature-based and does not involve empirical data. The population in this study includes 7 companies, with 6 companies selected as samples using the purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, during the observation period from 2016 to 2023. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of each company as the main source of information. Data analysis was conducted through a quantitative approach by applying multiple linear regression methods, which were processed using SPSS statistical software version 27. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously the four independent variables (NPM, CR, DER, and TATO) had a significant effect on the company's stock price. Apart from having several branches, Bakso Urat Juara Tembung also has social media with quite a lot of followers, making it easier to attract consumer interest with their products. However, it turns out that there are still problems regarding the Interest in Rebuying of Bakso Urat Juara Tembung. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of food vloggers on the interest in rebuying Bakso Urat Juara Tembung. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data. The number of samples in the study was 96 respondents of Bakso Urat Juara Tembung.&nbsp; Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that partially the variable of food vloggers had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with a t-count value &gt; t-table, namely 9,359 &gt; 1,984. Partially, <em>the online customer review </em>variable had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with a t-count value &gt; t-table, which was 13,002 &gt; 1,984. Adopting a quantitative design, we surveyed 253 active app users and examined three key factors usability, security provisions, and perceived trust and their collective impact on overall customer contentment. The statistical analysis demonstrates that an intuitive interface, strong protective measures, and high levels of confidence in the platform each contribute meaningfully to positive user experience. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilaksanakan Juni–Juli 2025 dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel berjumlah 85 responden yang dipilih melalui accidental sampling, dengan kriteria konsumen yang telah membeli produk Skintific di Kota Makassar dalam satu tahun terakhir. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert lima poin yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ketiga variabel independent Content Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, dan Brand Image secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Merek (Brand Trust). Selanjutnya variabel independent Content Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, dan Brand Image secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Merek (Brand Trust) Di antara ketiganya, Brand Image memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dengan koefisien regresi tertinggi, menegaskan pentingnya citra merek yang kuat, kredibel, dan konsisten dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis bagi kajian perilaku konsumen dan pemasaran kosmetik, khususnya dalam konteks isu keamanan produk dan regulasi di pasar lokal.
